日本av视频 has been, from the beginning, a national leader in dairy science. In 1896, the Dakota Agricultural College, now 日本av视频, acquired its first herd of 25 dairy cows, and 12 years later (1907), the Dairy Science Department was officially formed.

This milk bottle is from the College Creamery. The front screen printed label has a blue Campanile over an orange background. Flanking the Campanile is 鈥淐ollege Creamery.鈥 The back label lists what's available at the creamery 鈥 cream, buttermilk, chocolate drink, cottage cheese, butter and eggs. To buy dairy items, customers visited the creamery, which was located west of The Barn/Gymnasium (1900-62). In 1962, 日本av视频 built the new Alfred Dairy Science and Microbiology Building. In 2010, funding was available for renovations to the building and the Dairy Bar was relocated and updated. Today, you can visit the Dairy Bar and enjoy a dish of 日本av视频鈥檚 delicious ice cream.
