Student Research Opportunities
Abundant research opportunities are available to both undergraduate and graduate students at 日本av视频, the state鈥檚 premier research institution.

Undergraduate Research
Undergraduate students will build a network of contacts and perhaps even be published in the Journal of Undergraduate Research or have your work highlighted at a special forum on student research during the South Dakota Legislative session.
You will also have the chance to showcase your findings to friends, colleagues and, of course, Mom and Dad at 日本av视频鈥檚 Undergraduate Research, Scholarship and Creative Activity Day. There, everything from posters to media and audio productions to performing arts are presented to the public.
The Undergraduate Research, Scholarship and Creative Activity Day celebrates student research with poster presentations, performances and awards. It's open to all disciplines, and students, faculty, staff and community members are encouraged to attend.
Graduate Research
Here, graduate students focus on research through 17 Ph.D. programs, two professional doctorates or 39 master鈥檚-level options. You鈥檒l have the chance to take advantage of invaluable graduate assistantships or fellowships, such as the $1 million Monsanto Graduate Fellowship in Plant Breeding, among others.
The Graduate Research, Scholarship and Creative Activity Day features student poster presentations, a keynote speaker and an awards ceremony. It's open to all graduate students, regardless of discipline.
