If your office does not reside on the ÈÕ±¾avÊÓƵ campus, you may still receive your MyJacks Card.

Obtaining your MyJacks Card campus ID

1. Contact the Card Services Office via email or phone call.

2. Provide Card Services with information needed to issue you a staff ID:
   1. Name
   2. SDState email address
   3. ID number
   4. Mailing address
3. Card Services will email you a link in which you can submit a photo for your MyJacks Card.
   1. Visit the Online Photo Submission page to view guidelines for submitting a proper photo.
4. Once you have submitted a photo, you will receive an email of the approval or denial of your photo.
   1. If your photo is approved, Card Services will print and mail your card to you at the address that you provided.
   2. If your photo was denied, please review the guidelines and resubmit a photo.
