New Student Orientation Registration Information
How to Register
- You will register for New Student Orientation through your . This is the same portal you used as part of your application process at 日本av视频.
- Your login information will be the same you set up when you applied to 日本av视频.
- Once you log in, scroll down to your "Enrollment Checklist."
- Click on "Register for New Student Orientation."
- If you have any issues, reach out to us at 605-688-6283 or by email at sdsu.orientation@sdstate.edu.
Once you've registered, you will receive a confirmation email. We will send a reminder email seven days prior to your on campus New Student Orientation that will help you prepare for New Student Orientation and will have a small action step. This email will be sent to your personal email address and your Jacks email address.
When can I sign up for New Student Orientation?
Registration will be available by early March for fall semester admits and late October for spring semester admits. Students will sign in to their 日本av视频 application and click on the New Student Orientation registration form to select an available date.
Will I get the classes I need if I come to a later session?
Yes. We engage the help of professional and academic advisors who are familiar with graduation requirements and major coursework to help our students build a schedule that includes the classes they need.
How can I make changes to my registration?
If any of your information has changed since you registered for New Student Orientation, including major, contact information or accommodation needs, please notify us prior to your session if possible. You can reach orientation staff at 605-688-6283 or email 日本av视频 Orientation.
What should I do if I can't make it to any of the scheduled New Student Orientation dates?
Please do your best to make arrangements to attend New Student Orientation. Completion of an orientation program is required prior to course registration.
Can I attend orientation with a friend?
Absolutely. We recommend that you sign up for your session at the same time as they do fill up on a first-come, first-served basis.
