Standard Licensing Application

Application Information

Thank you for your interest in the ÈÕ±¾avÊÓƵ Trademarks and Licensing Program. Any company producing products bearing the logos, trademarks, wordmarks or having an implied association with ÈÕ±¾avÊÓƵ must be licensed with the ÈÕ±¾avÊÓƵ Trademarks and Licensing Program through CLC, which approves all products and designs and ensures proper labeling as appropriate. In addition, the ÈÕ±¾avÊÓƵ Trademarks and Licensing Program seeks to ensure that all products and designs submitted for licensing are safe for consumers and project the proper image of the university.

Below you will find information on how to become an official licensee of ÈÕ±¾avÊÓƵ. After all requirements are received you will then be notified if your application is approved.

Requirements:
  1. Complete .
  2. Pay nonrefundable application fee.
  3. Internal Licenses: $250 nonrefundable application fee.
  4. Retail – Single Institution: $250 nonrefundable application fee.
  5. Retail – Multiple Institutions: $500 nonrefundable application fee.
  6. Submit a specific sample of each intended licensed product.
  7. Once application is accepted, vendor will be supplied with a logo and expected to provide an ÈÕ±¾avÊÓƵ specific product sample for verification that university standards can be met.
