Technology can be a great tool to assist students with disabilities through the use of assistive technologies such as speech-to-text, text-to-speech, voice recording and note-taking software. There are several free educational support tools available through different operating systems and free applications for mobile devices.
While this list does not cover everything, it provides a good starting point for those interested in learning more about these assistive technologies.
