Professional Ag Marketing of Luverne, Minnesota, has made a significant gift to the Richard Wahlstrom Endowment Fund at �ձ�av��Ƶ to enhance students’ knowledge of risk management for grain and livestock producers.

Bret Werpy has been named operations manager at the Oscar Larson Performing Arts Center at �ձ�av��Ƶ. After working at the center as a college student and again part time in later years, he joined the team full time July 22.

David C. Earnest, the Odeen-Swanson Distinguished Professor and chair of the Department of Political Science at the University of South Dakota, has been named dean of the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences at �ձ�av��Ƶ. Earnest was selected following a national search and will begin working on the �ձ�av��Ƶ campus July 8.
