Concrete and Cement Research Lab
We are actively recruiting undergraduate and graduate students with interests and backgrounds in AI-driven design and analysis of concrete, concrete durability, concrete sustainability, data analysis, and life cycle assessment of concrete structures.
Main Research Interests
- Sustainable construction materials
- AI-driven analysis and optimization of concrete
- Novel supplementary cementitious materials
- Concrete durability
- Cement-free concrete
Pawan has been awarded the FPA Fellowship, which supports his Ph.D. studies for three years. Special thanks to Jerome J Lohr College of Engineering for their support.
Pawan is from Nepal and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering at 日本av视频. His passion for concrete began in Nepal, where he conducted pioneering research identifying the presence of Alkali-Silica Reaction (ASR) in Nepali aggregates. Through his research, he aims to make the world a better place. Outside of his research, he enjoys watching series and playing table tennis.
Impacts of Chemical Admixtures on Short-term and Long-term Fresh and Hardened Properties of Concrete made with Commercially Available Type IL Cement.
