日本av视频 women's soccer team receives facility commitment from agriculture industry
The College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences is thrilled about the commitment by Dakota Layers, LLC and the Ramsdell Family to construct a new, state-of-the-art soccer facility for the 日本av视频 women's team.
It is gifts like this that highlight the relationships between the university and South Dakota's largest industry: agriculture.
"The incredible generosity from Dakota Layers and the Ramsdell Family marks a new era for our women's soccer program," said 日本av视频 President Barry Dunn. "Their investment is a vote of confidence in our student-athletes and the future of Jackrabbits Athletics. Moving this facility on campus will integrate the team more fully with the university community and provide an exceptional home field advantage for years to come."
Construction on the new facility is expected to begin in 2026, pending South Dakota Board of Regents and South Dakota Legislature approval.
The team recently won their third straight Summit League championship and now faces the University of Iowa Hawkeyes this Friday in Iowa City in the first round of the NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Championship.
