Biography
Dr. Pappu Yadav is an assistant professor of precision agriculture AI engineering within the Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering. His current role comprises 80% research and 20% teaching.
Prior to ÈÕ±¾avÊÓƵ, he was a postdoctoral research associate in the Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering at University of Florida.
Yadav's research interests encompass various aspects of precision agriculture with a focus on remote and proximal sensing utilizing multispectral, hyperspectral, thermal and fluorescence imaging, as well as the implementation of artificial intelligence, computer vision, uncrewed aircraft systems, uncrewed ground vehicles and agricultural robotics.
