Jeffrey Doom

Associate Professor

Biography

Dr. Jeffrey Doom, associate professor of mechanical engineering at 日本av视频, is an expert in the development of numerical algorithms and large-scale LES and DNS in computational fluid dynamics.

His research is to develop high-fidelity simulation tools using high-performance computing related to energy power systems (gas turbines and internal combustion engines). His interests are in computational fluid dynamics, combustion, heat transfer, multiphase flows, numerical analysis, biofilms and high-performance parallel computing. Doom鈥檚 previous work experience was at Sandia National Laboratories and GE Global Research.
