Biography

Huitian Lu is a professor of engineering and management at ÈÕ±¾avÊÓÆµ. He joined ÈÕ±¾avÊÓÆµâ€™s College of Engineering after completing a postdoctoral fellowship at Texas Tech University. He served as coordinator for the MSIM and MSOM graduate programs and held a joint faculty appointment in mechanical engineering. His research and teaching interests include advanced electronics, decision theory, Monte Carlo methods and performance assessment for reliability in solid-state battery systems. Dr. Lu is currently transitioning to the Ness School of Management and Economics, where he continues to bridge management and operations disciplines.
