Since the beginning of ice cream production at SDState, nearly 100 ice cream flavors have been available at the Dairy Bar. Currently, there are 25 flavors available for production throughout the year. Flavors, such as peppermint, caramel apple, maple nut, etc. are produced seasonally at limited quantities, while others, such as vanilla, are produced every week.
The top flavors are vanilla, followed by cookies and cream and then chocolate. Additional flavors are available seasonally at limited quantities or upon request.
